The staff here is really friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze, there's a beautiful pool, and convenient on-site parking, overall a very pleasant stay with no complaints.

Staff were very polite, and facilities were modern here. The room was beautiful and cool; the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Nice restaurant, outstanding food, people working here are exceptionally nice! The rooms are good-sized and cheap for reasonable prices with aircon and ni e balcony plus hot shower. The location is particularly good, within easy walking distance of Grandfather's Grandmother's Rocks.

No matter which bungalow you stay in, it's easy to reach the beach from here. the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The rooms at Samui Seabreeze Place are spacious and attractive, complete with a balcony and access to Netflix. the service is commendable and the location is superb, situated in a peaceful area. - Conveniently located near Lamai Night Plaza, making it easy to access.

Good location in Lamai, go across the road and swim in Lamai beach. Staff speak excellent English and very helpful and accommodating.

Staff were amazing the two girls at reception extremely friendly and helpful. 2 cleaners were lovely and smiley. Owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Lovely rooms very clean and perfect location. 1 mins walk from beach. Swimming pool was great and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the main center of Lamai. The staff treated us very well, recognizing us from a previous visit and trusting us to pay at the end of our stay.
